Tell us what you want to improve and what’s getting in the way. We’ll discuss the first request, what you’ll receive, and a review schedule before you subscribe.
What is included in the $2,995/mo subscription?
Senior product and web design support for product UI, landing pages, pricing pages, brand cleanup, launch assets, decks, and design-system polish. You keep an unlimited queue, and Aktive works through one request at a time.
How fast will we receive work?
Most focused requests receive a first reviewable update within a few business days. The 48-hour mark is a useful target, not a guarantee; timing depends on complexity, inputs, and active scope.
What do you need from us to start?
Bring the page or product flow you want to improve, what isn’t working, and any existing files. Screenshots, Figma files, brand assets, and rough notes are all useful.
What if the first request is too vague?
We’ll help turn the idea into a manageable first request. You’ll know what we’re designing and what you’ll receive before the design work begins.
Can we pause or cancel?
Yes. Use the month for the highest-leverage work, then pause between active requests or cancel future billing before renewal if the queue is complete. Completed or delivered work is not refunded.
Do we own the files and final work?
Yes. Figma files, exports, and notes are included unless a written agreement says otherwise. Rights transfer after full payment. Confidential work can stay out of public portfolio use when requested in writing.
What is not included?
Full engineering ownership, same-day emergencies, unlimited parallel requests, heavy 3D/video work, complex print production, and projects with unclear ownership or missing inputs.
